Holder is about race, not justice
A case study in divisive racial tactics

Eric Holder has dubiously performed his job description as Attorney General since taking office in Feb. 2009, and it comes as no surprise that he is proving to be the race baiter and subject avoider some warned us about.
At an allegedly long planned meeting with 150 Black ministers to discuss civil-rights issues, Holder, the first black US Attorney General, promised power he does not have and without justifiable evidence, convicts the Sanford police department for not being able to do their job properly, requiring the Justice Department to step in. Oh really?
After the shooting death of black teen, Trayvon Martin, by a white community watch volunteer, George Zimmerman, on Feb. 26 in Sanford, Florida, a firestorm of misleading and onerous accounts of the incident in the media created outrage, protest and cries of racism in the black community when Zimmerman was not charged with a crime due to lack of evidence.
So, the top lawyer in the country is charging an entire police department with misconduct and denying George Zimmerman due process of law, because the alleged perpetrator is white and the victim black. Feeding fuel into the fire rather than offering a peaceful solution shows a department in hot pursuit of a divisive race war, rather than justice for all regardless of race: White, Black, Red, Yellow, or a combination of any of the four.
The office of Attorney General was created by Congress in 1789 by the Judiciary Act and in 1870 the Department of Justice was established to support the attorney general. The law says that the attorney general is “to prosecute and conduct all suits in the Supreme Court in which the United States shall be concerned, and to give his advice and opinion upon questions of law when required by the president of the United States, or when requested by the heads of any of the departments.”
Clearly, staking a position on the black side in this black vs. white social war is inconsistent with the duties of the attorney general, yet consistent with propaganda and race baiting rhetoric. One example of Holder’s bias in favor of blacks is his utter silence in the matter of the high ranking member of the New Black Panther Party, Hashim Nzinga of DeKalb County, Georgia who was arrested on a weapons charge on March 27 after offering a $10,000 bounty reward for the capture of George Zimmerman.
Other similar acts of vigilante style retaliation for Martin’s death are occurring across the country, but do we hear anything from the justice department about the illegal incitement of mob violence? No! In fact, we can hear a pin drop.
The New Black Panthers, founded in 1989, is categorized as a hate group by the Anti-Defamation League, the Southern Poverty Law Center, and the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights. Hmmm, maybe the Justice Department should do its job and scrutinize them instead of George Zimmerman and the Sanford police department, who are located within the jurisdiction of the state of Florida.
Following in the progressive tenets of former White House chief of staff Rahm Emanuel who said in 2009, “You never want a serious crisis to go to waste,” Holder is exploiting Martin’s death and the black community’s outrage as a shield to immunize himself from culpability in the death of two Border Patrol agents who were killed because of an inept, illegal and fraudulently-based Justice Department operation, dubbed “Fast and Furious.”
Fast and Furious was a scheme to control legal firearm sale and transport in the U.S. and Mexico, under the guise of capturing gun traffickers in the illegal drug trade between derelicts in Mexico and along America’s southern border. Now, Holder and Holder’s Justice Department has been under congressional investigation since early February 2012. It is Sad that the media suggests that congressional hearings are motivated by politics, but inciting violence in a black vs. white race war, is perfectly legitimate.
Much resistance from Justice Department officials and Holder has been received from day one of the hearings into the legality of the Fast and Furious operation. Deny. Deny. Deny. That is what liars a-h-e-m Holder says concerning his involvement. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. That is what incompetents a-h-e-m Holder is doing to shield himself from culpability even though the matter falls under the direct umbrella of Justice Department oversight.
No, Holder does not care about racial peace or justice. The tragic death of Trayvon Martin acts as a deflection to the many matters that Holder should be involved in, but is not. Showing his true colors, Holder proves to be about as racist as it gets – God help us.
