This Christmas, Liberals Can’t Stop Me From Believing That…

...While this is still a vastly majority Christian nation, they are doing all in their power to eradicate Christ, Christmas, and “Merry Christmas” from our lives. Be those the liberals in politics, the media, education, or far-left retailers like Crate & Barrel and Bloomingdale’s.

…They are trying to erase our borders as they seek to transform The United States of America into the multicultural mirror-image of the failed socialist states of Europe.

…They care more about repealing “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” than identifying and stopping Muslim extremists…or even saying the words, “Muslim Extremists.” Don’t take my word for it. Do a Lexis-Nexis word count for the last two months and compare how much the left has whined about DADT as opposed to how much they have written about Al Qaeda or home-grown Muslim terrorists. The word count for DADT dwarfs that and all other subjects.

…They believe that the destructive tenets of Political Correctness trump experience, talent, and gravitas. For proof, look no further than the Oval Office and the world-record holder for PC handouts who now occupies the space.

…As a conservative Independent who grew-up in poverty and lived often in and around minority neighborhoods, that “Affirmative Action” is anything but. Said Virginia Democrat Senator James Webb on the subject this past July in The Wall Street Journal, “I have dedicated my political career to bringing fairness to America's economic system and to our work force, regardless of what people look like or where they may worship. Unfortunately, present-day diversity programs work against that notion, having expanded so far beyond their original purpose that they now favor anyone who does not happen to be white.”

…The right to bear arms is essential to our protection and that they are working day and night to outlaw and then confiscate our weapons and ammunition.

…They have betrayed our most at-risk children as they shamefully do the bidding of corrupt Teachers Unions while protecting the jobs of incompetent, lazy, or even criminal teachers.

…The Disney Channel continues to work overtime to indoctrinate our children with its far-left ideology as it pushes certain illegal drug-using and morally-challenged young actors as role models for the innocents tuning into their compromised networks.

…As most of our country pauses to celebrate Christmas, it’s important to remember that the Lord does indeed help those who help themselves. Knowing that, the best New Year’s resolution we can all make is to get off the sidelines, step into the arena and fight for the Traditional Values which serve as the foundation of our Republic.

In closing, liberals can’t stop me from believing that The United States CAN be saved from their “Big-Government, Socialized-Medicine, Amnesty-Granting, Defense-Weakening, Higher-Taxing, Class-Warfare, Border-Busting ways.”
